Dutch artist-Adriaen Hanneman, Limited Edition (12/50)

Adriaen Hanneman lived for a period in England. Later he was portraitist to the exiled English royalty who made Holland their home during the time of Cromwell and his Puritan Roundheads. As a Catholic, Hanneman suffered economically when Holland was invaded by Protestant forces. Here Hanneman painted this likeness of the four-year-old future King of England in 1654 and remastered at Art Chateau in 2016.
