English Aestheticism School painter Albert Joseph Moore showed Pre-Raphaelite influence in his early work. Then, by 1865 his canvases took a classical turn as he began to study his predecessors in the British Museums. Moore had a close association with Whistler and a brother to painter Henry Moore.
